Wow what a mess of fabulous cooks! Since joining WKC this link is my favorite, just to see what other people cook on their kettles. I'm always amazed and it inspires me to try new methods and foods.

Ribs look amazing Robert.... agree, this is probably my favorite thread.  Tonight's cook here is top sirloin steaks and rosemary roasted potatoes.  Yes this is live!  Can't wait to dig in....

Loaded baked potato: outside skirt steak, sour cream, cheddar cheese, homemade salsa, fire roasted jalapeno and avacado.

Side dish: corn with sautéed onions and fired roast bell peppers. Bell peppers were roasted, vac packed  and frozen a few weeks ago.
