Lol I love toppings on chili it makes it into a full meal for me. Otherwise I need a grilled cheese sandwich to dip into it.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

@Shoestringshop
Chili looks tasty! I like a avocados, maybe I'll try it in a bowl of chili next time.
Leftover brisket is a great add-in to chili with beans.

Cheers

Decided to try something new. Instead of reverse searing steaks, I broke out the vortex for a super hot sear at the start. Turned out pretty freaking good.

Nice looking sear/char/crust!
That's how l like to cook my steaks too. Reverse sear is good, but my wife is not crazy about it.

Cheers

Cross cut beef short ribs (flanken) and roasted poblano peppers to be used later.

Later a friend brought a beef tongue and we did picanha on skewers.

Kids requested burgers...threw them on the blue-twentytwo. Love this kettle. So Beautiful with lights reflecting off that blue enamel. Burgers were delicious. Cheers!
