Not live, weekend before last, but I never posted my WSM pulled pork cook.  Nothing out of the ordinary really but it turned out really good and we got to use the food saver for leftover portions.  Made bbq flatbreads last night with pulled pork, lightly sautéed red onions, Stubbs sauce (love the zesty taste) and mozzarella.
