This was one of my favorite alltime cookups with the flames and food were spectacular.

We got Bratwurst, Bacon, Brussels Sprouts, and a naked Bloomin' onion.

Two turkeys on the WSM now & pretty much all day.

I put the "smaller" one on the bottom grate.  But, since it is a replacement 18" grate (but not the correct one for the bottom grate of the WSM), it rests on a set of bolts about an inch above where it should sit.  Both are over 20 lbs, so the top grate will add "sear" marks to the bottom turkey.

They had them on sale & I like one just for sandwiches.
