Prime brisket smoked overnight on my 26er using the WSM charcoal ring and my griddle plate as a heat diffuser. Kingsford with post oak chunks. Can't wait to slice it up!

Bark was excellent. Smoke ring not so much. Super tender point. Flat wasn't as tender but very good nonetheless.
