I've grilled a lot of things in my time, but pizza is actually something I've never done. So I'm going to take care of that. I'm going to buy a few fire bricks to elevate my pizza pan. And I'm going to use a cast iron pan. Will probably try using pre-made crusts to start with, then once I get the hang of it, try using fresh dough. Pizza is one of the few things I can make that my kids will eat willingly, although my 3 year old son still won't touch a pizza of any kind. I guess we'll see what happens...

Good luck, pizza is fun!

When you get ready for fresh dough, check with your local pizza joints and see if they'll sell you a dough ball, stretched.

As mentioned, there are a lot of good recipes out there, but I have more fun making the pizza than the dough.
