Hi fellas,
I haven’t posted a cook in awhile, but I haven’t tried anything new either. Today, I decided to try a stuffed pork loin. I cut a pocket into the top, then stuffed it with Gluten Free bread stuffing, celery, onions, and dried cranberries. Then, sprinkled it with salt free Italian herbs mix, tied it up real nice and am currently grilling it indirect. Here are some pics so far.
