First time picanha

Rubbed with some dirt and pepper

On the WGA with some Jack Daniels smoke chips

When the temperature reached 126 F both sides a couple of minutes right above the charcoal

Nicely cooked

We enjoyed the picanha verry much

Everyone enjoyed the picanha very much

Musta got interrupted mid-stream somehow.....was going to put in a strong vote for the pooch pic too.......that's how my dogs eyes get when it's time to eat, you just got the choice photo ........

And...... done up on a compact cooker to boot !!!!!
