Tonight the girls wanted chicken Alfredo, not a huge fan myself so I held a few thighs back for me and the boys. 

Fired up the chimney little over half full. Got them nice and ashed over then put them into the baskets.





Rubbed them down with McCormick bacon molasses grill rub. Didn't feel like mixing something up tonight.



Lets throw them on the flame!



After a few minutes they are looking good.



Lets throw the dogs on for the kids



Trying to make room in the fridge, normally I'm drinking something much darker..



Boom finished product!

Food looks great and I would like to know how to take those nice photos.  Have you showed off that handle mod on here?

Ha thanks for the complement on the pics. Wedding photography is my day job so I brought out the camera and off camera flash for the night shoot.
I will add some pics of the handle tomorrow it's off my first gasser I bought 8 years ago. I think if I remember correctly when I got the redhead that handle was melted and I pulled the old one off the cheap lowes grill before I took it to the dump.
