After almost 6 months, i finally decided to fire up my only 3 legged kettle.

Short of butcher paper so in the fish poacher it goes.





Went with minion this time around.

18" stock pot lid for heat shield.

Good looking cook, quick on your feet with the poacher, what a shame because that redhead has got some nice legs !
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
