Grillagin

A boneless pork roast sounded good to cook while at the cabin this weekend.  I brined it for about 5 hours before spinning it.

I want some.

What did you brine with?
A bunch of black kettles

Grillagin

About a gallon of water
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup kosher salt
1/3 cup honey
parsley
peppercorns
bay leaves
thyme
oregano
basil

I would not mind "roughing" it at the cabin with that food
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Excellent! Love the sound of that brine...
The last pork loin I did was supposed to be on the roto...But a day of unending rain led me to doing an indirect cook on the green grill instead...

Nice setup. Can't beat a roti.
