Best part about the Westerner/Chief combo is that I can just do a lid swap. I do like the look of the Chief lid on the Westerner. I’ve even tried a Warrior (Copper Mist) lid on an Estate (Chestnut Coppertone) Bowl and it’s a sweet look!

Hi all ! We just testet the new Master Touch Premium SE E 5775 Black
Build a clean minion and grilled low slow  16 Hours !!!
on this new Weber baby.
Amazing what this wsm ring and Diffusor plate and new holes does with this master touch.

Meat = dry aged Duroc Pork by Master Leo : rubbed with charcoal and Belgian chocolate rub crust

I’m really digging the diffuser plate and iGrill mount.  Looks like the charcoal ring is half the height of the WSM’s ring.  Thanks for sharing these pics.
