Can anyone tell me why my weber kettle "H" model handles on the base aren't centred over the front leg?? The base handles are offset compared to all my other weber kettles and i can't find a reason online at all.

Hey, welcome to the forum! It sounds like your kettle may be on the legs incorrectly. When you look at the kettle, there should be one leg socket that is in direct line with a handle. When you put the kettle on the legs, make sure that socket gets the leg without the wheel. I think that should fix your problem!
