Had both going as I had few things to cook on.

WSM cook,
Oxtail  inspired by Joe's oxtail cook video post few weeks ago.

3hrs at 250f.

Trying out my new dutch oven and back in the wsm for 2.5hrs. Turned out really good.

Roasting peppers, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, chicken wings, and snow crabs on 26er.

Previous weekend, I had few people over and had 4 cookers -  Sears, Performer silver, 26er, and Genesis 330s going at same time.

Wow those cooks look grate, there is a lot of real estate in play with those 2 cookers, and throw in some cast iron as well ! Love it
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I love that use of the 26 to cook all those things at the same time! I need to learn how to do that

Definitely getting some multitasking done!
Were your charcoal baskets sitting on the charcoal grate, or were they elevated? To my eyes it appears that the charcoal is just below the cooking grate.

Jcnaz - charcoal baskets on the charcoal grate. I do time to time elevate charcoal grate on 22" by using 3 or 4 spacers (about 1.5 or 2" height rocks will do) with another charcoal grate on top. In this case, the c. baskets are almost touching the cooking grate. Great for searing steaks.

Firemunkee - no learning curve needed. Veggie, actually a fruit group, like squash can go on the charcoal grate as they take awhile to roast or cook.
