Snack and Breakfast

I wanted a little snack and decided to prep some breakfast for the next few days. Did two did different wings. One batch with "John Henry's Honey Rib Rub" and "John Henry's Hot Wing Rub". Wow oh wow I cannot stress if you like na LOVE HOT WINGS and don't necessarily like a lot of sauce mess you need to try this Hot Wing Rub. Man I use it all the time and it is great.

I really have not posted any food pictures lately but this I had to post.

Now the Spam... I made this also with "John Henry's Old Stockyard Steak Seasoning" now don't tell anybody. I'm going to give my secret... for my Spam I use 2 injection apple juice and pineapple juice then score the "Substance Posing As Meat"  a.k.a. SPAM! Season with the Old Stockyard Rub and smoke for 1 to 1.75 hours until desired doneness.

Well enough of me going on an on I know if no pictures it never happened soooo....

Sorry Joe. I guess I'm glad I didn't take pictures of the scrambled eggs, onion, cheddar, and chopped up Jalapeño Spam.

I love smoked Spam...Especially the black pepper stuff...Smoked, sliced, and pan fried served with eggs...Yeah...Now I'm hungry...

Yep love me some SPAM! I always make 2 to 3 of them. Has anybody else tried the jalapeño Spam? @SMOKE FREAK if you have not and you like heat....  Damn! It's really good.
