Bacon wrapped meatloaf.
2#'s ground chuck
1.5 #'s ground pork
2 eggs
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 a white onion chopped
1/2 cup of Maull's BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of steel cut oats
and probably a teaspoon of salt and pepper
1.5#'s of bacon for the weave

Equals about 5 pounds of goodness hopefully in about an hour and a half.

About an hour and a half, then about another 15 minutes after the sauce. About three quarters of a chimney of Stubb's split between two baskets and a couple of chunks of cherry.
Pulled it of with an internal temperature of 165°f
