First braai on my new EE code Red

Its a first barbeque (braai as we call it) on my new EE code red today. I just love the deep red when the redheads get all fired up.
Its a 2" thick rib steak. Will keep you guys posted.

Never mind “keeping us posted” where you located? I’ll be on my way in 20min or so. Really, that looks really good I love that cut of steak 🥩.  Keep us updated and please show us some pictures of the steak cut once done ✅.

Yes they were available from Weber many years ago. I found some bits in the warehouse and put this one together.
