Hi new to this and need some information on a older Performer the stainless ones

My performer has the old 5 lb tank is there a conversion adapter to go to the 1 lb or is there a way to fill the old 5lb

Take your 5-pounder to the local propane shop and have it filled,  you can have it recertified fairly cheap. The last one I did cost less than 10 bucks to certify and five bucks to fill it. Certification is good for 12 years I think.

What @Kneab said... I have 2 SSp's.  I was out the door for 12 bucks including propane.  Should last another 12 years.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
