Decided to cook a baby back low and slow and cooked it for 6 hrs. at 225-235 put on rib glaze last 45 min.

For the perfect 225-235 degree temperature, how much did you vent the top and bottom? 50%, 25% open? How many times over the 6 hours did you add more charcoal? Thanks
