First time making pressed Cuban sandwiches. One of my favorites when visiting Florida.

Well I didn't get as many pics as I wanted. I try to do better next. Sandwiches turned out pretty good. Pork loin was great. I thought the sandwiches were a little soggy. I may use less ham and well drained pickles next time.

Soggy is good. Runny is not. That looks incredible. I've been trying to convince the wife to do cuban sandwiches since I read this post. Do far she's been a party pooper.

Mine is just the opposite, if I showed her this post I'd be doing this more than twice a month
