My new rotisserie from Weber just showed up. Hope to try it out in a few days. Busy smoking pork shoulder now. Going for a 12 hour smoke. Using hickory, and pecan.

I have this Petromax CI poultry rooster / beer can chicken holder and the quality is top. The best thing about this style is that you can do like I did in the photo and put mushrooms, onions, ham blocks or even cubed potatoes and carrots in the pan part of the holder and let them cook in the chicken juice. I believe that this the best type of beer can chicken holder out on the market today.
That being said... I have used it 2 times since I got my Weber rotisserie kit! Meat, fruit or veggies, everything is better on a rotisserie !
Both are good methods but my go to for chicken is always the rotisserie!
