I would use 50 /50 for the salt and pepper and 1/4 of everything else

I think this is it:
2 tablespoons coarse-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dill seed
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
