Not sure if these pics will work but I will give it a shot! First off, I just put on my new wooden handle from Brian this weekend and it looks amazing. Thanks again Brian!

Put a chicken on the rotisserie to eat for dinner during the week. One of the best chickens I have ever done!

Threw some baby backs on the WSM, with some red oak and pecan chunks

Threw a ribeye on for the wife and I to eat with the ribs

Ribs off after 3 1/2 hours

Ribeye off after 6 mins or so with a flip in between

Homemade Mac and Chee

And here is your finished plate thanks for looking!! Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day!
