Weber 2290 Spit Length?

im missing a spit for my 2290. I picked up a longer spit from a Weber gasser that I would like to cut down.


Could someone measure the length of a 2290 spit?

28 1/4" from the inside of the wood handle to the pointed tip of the spit

33" total length (including the wood handle but not the black round ring that screws into the end)
