Choice chuck rib roast ??

Anyone start a rib roast on the grill and then move it to the crock pot to finish it off?

Also just on the grill or did you use a roti? Just got a 2.7lb one and wanna try something new with it.

Suggestions on cook time, temp , when to pull it and throw it in the crock pot ext.

Sure. Just give it a few hours of smoke and transfer it over.
I never Rot'd one before. Don't know what real benefit might be since you'll finish it in the pot but sounds interesting to try either way.
