https://abcbarbecue.com/ribs/ says over 3 lbs ribs take 7-9 hours. Mine is around 3.4 lbs. Anyone here have personal experience how long this will take at 225? I was thinking around 6 hours. Wasn't planning on wrapping.

6 hours sound right for225. I just did some for 4 hours at 250 and they were great.

Ok, I think I'll keep on my 6 hour plan. If done early I'll just find a way to keep them warm. Thanks

I always seem to find 6 hours is a solid time give or take . And that's around 250.  Iv done ribs a few different ways and that seems to be about the right mark. If u can pull on the bone and it wants to come out , that's when I call it done .

last 2 cooks..did Baby Backs 270 for 3 hours...2.5 neikked and then sauce last 3 hours...internal temp is 182f...bend test it cracks in half.  Juices running off the pulled bones---man love this way..cant imagine as stated above smoking them another 3 hours total 6 for baby backs...try it 3 hours indirect..270 awesome.
