Sorry bout that.. should have been clearer on the temps.
Euro MT with the lid vent over the ribs away from the S’nS and the Weber lid thermometer above the coals.
Also.. use your favorite smoking wood if you want.
Never thought about what the indirect side temp is.. don’t really care.. ribs are always good this way. ;-) I’ll chuck the iGrill in next time to find out.
