Pork tenderloin roast...

Garlic and onion powder, black pepper, and a hint of brown sugar rubbed on top...

This turned out awesome.... very juicy!!!

Cooked at about 300-350 for about an hour and 20.... to about 155* (I love my igrill mini)

Now only if I had some s'mores....

Did you happen to brine the roast too? Or just put the rub on it?

That looks tasty! But isnt it a Pork Loin?? Looks too big for a tenderloin.
