Todays Mozzarella smoke

Hi my Friends,

I have smoked some mozzarella balls today.
Looks and taste wonderful

I put the chees 4 hours in cold hickory smoke.
Temp was around 30-40 degrees.

That's one thing still on my list to smoke . I bet that has some awesome flavor.  Looks delicious!

Just try it. It's awesome and so easy to do! But be carefully with the temp. And use a thin net just like i do. Otherwise the mozza will melt and run away... 3-4 hours at 30-40 degree. If finished put it in the fridge till cold. The taste would be better after one day cooling. Have fun!
