It was an orange bell pepper. This was the first time I had tried it with green beans and peas and no seafood. This was just a quickie with what appropriate protein I had on hand.

I have a question, while cooking time, you have open or close de kettle?

I closed the lid this time, but only because i was light on charcoal and wanted to keep the heat in. Normally I do it on an open kettle.
