Cooking up a 2lb brisket flat. Weber Coffee rub spread liberally. Weber and KB/Apple snake with sugar walnut and pecan wood. On the '79 big wheel Seville with Cajun Bandit stacker.

Pulled the foiled brisket when IT was 185. Rested for about 1/2 hour before I unwrapped and sliced.  Result was tasty, tender goodness....

Oh man, that's the stuff right there.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
