These are really easy and shows the versatility of the kettle with the SnS. Of course bacon makes everything better.

@chuck s this made me think of you. Gotta try this!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Are those cooked eggs shell on? Uncooked eggs? How long do you smoke them and at what temp?

Good question.

I assumed they were boiled, peeled, then placed on grill for "a while?"

And then deviled.

Cooked "raw" for about 25
mins @350F. Then placed in an ice bath for 25 mins.  After I peeled them, put back on grill to cold smoke with my amazn smoke tube for 30 mins. Then prepared the "deviled" part as you like. I used bacon, sweet heat pickle relish, AP rub, mayo, yellow mustard and dusted with BBQ rub

I loosely followed this recipe. He was wrong on the cook time to "hard boil" the eggs.  Everyone raved about these eggs, they were a hit, perfect Smokey flavor.

Dammit. I usually eat "too many" deviled eggs. Now that you went and posted this, I'm gonna' have to try it & then I'll eat "way too many" deviled eggs. :)
