Thai Chicken Satays

Picked up this sexy little k code 18" redhead off of craigalist last Wednesday for $15. Spent a couple of hours cleaning her up Friday and then promptly decided to get her dirty ronight. First cook was Thai chicken satay's. Served in a lettuce wrap with spicy peanut sauce, basmati rice, and green scallions. Wifey says the meal needs to go into the regular rotation.
