Weber's customer service sure has changed. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the site to talk directly with a CS rep. If you order any parts, it's through an AI message chat box, then they will transfer you to a message only rep. I know Weber was bought out by a private company, but I was so used to talking to a CS rep directly, now that service is gone. Still good service though, I ordered a part for my registered Weber Charcoal GA, and they sent the part for free.

That's nice that they gave you the part, seems to be a good sign.

Since they merged with Blackstone and the Blackstone CEO is running things, I assume the customer service will be a la Blackstone.
I have never dealt with Blackstone customer service - I hope it is comparable to Weber's.

This is not unique to Weber - it's hard to find anyone's number now, but I REALLY hate not being able to reach a company by phone.  ::)

Try this number -1 (800) 446-1071? It's the number for Weber Customer Service since I can remember.  I just called it and it is still in operation.  It will give you a pre-recorded message with several choices. I believe it you can still reach a live customer service representative via this number. Keep in mind, not all the reps are knowledgeable about parts. I always look up part numbers before I call (via the Weber schematic links) and give the representative the part number of what I need.  Makes the transaction much faster and smoother.
