Heyjude

@Prof.

That looks like a Cajun Bandit door, only modified?
Did you have issues with it fitting snug enough?

If u want i can send it to u without problem. Several customers have asked me for the door in the door to inspect the coal faster so as not to have to completely remove the door

AJ,

I talked to Jordan about how some CB doors fit perfectly and others need to be "massaged" to fit. Tightening the latch really tight helps a lot too. One of mine fit really tightly; the other had gaps up on the upper corners and needed contoured a little.

One thing I loved about the @Prof. posted is he applied the gasket to the door, rather than the WSM. I can honestly say I've never seen anyone  do that, but its brilliant!

Thanks for sharing!

Prof.

My door also fit perfectly but my customers ask me the gasket and to show them how to apply and where..it’s passion but it’s also business.

Yes the gasket need to apply on door not on wsm
