Not a bad way to spend Friday

My sister in law is getting married this summer and we offered to host a shower for them. As the menu was being worked out my wife asked if I would mind making pulled pork. After a second or two of careful consideration my response was obviously yes. Injected and rubbed last night meat on at 8:00. More to follow.

Wow!  What a set up. Very nice. I've only injected once and it seemed like all the injection flavor runs out during the wrap phase for me. Am I doing it wrong?  Can you tell a big difference?

To inject or not...always a question I have. For this event I am taking the opportunity to add in all possible elements. Weather cancelled my sons baseball last night so I had plenty of time. I have never injected and thought "wish I wouldn't have done that."
