Did this up today on my pit barrel. I suspect that the would be great on the WSM (don't have one...yet) as well. Got it to 165 before it got dark. Sliced off the outsides for dinner and popped it into the oven to get the rest to temp. Cheating I know but I didn't feel like firing more briquettes this late. 'Twas good.
