I still want to pickup that deflector thing Cpt. Joe shows in the video. Turns the whole thing into an indirect cook if you want. I also want an SS grate for mine.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Nice. Be careful with the air dampers on the sides. I no longer have fingerprints after my first use.
Lol i use the tap method. Usually goes "ah ah ah ah ah damnit too far"
