Busy weekend but took delivery of the rotisserie and had to get her a try. We cooked up 2 Cornish hens. (One with lemon and and a NJ Chicken rub the other with DizzyPig Peking.) Got some ribs to fit on the side over the drip try and throw on some Pineapple and Potato skewers half way through the cook.
Observations: The Onefire Universal works and fits grate. The only difference I can see between them and the weber is the counter weight location not being on the handle edge.
I used the slow and sear at the end to kiss the ribs. I learned you only need a quick period of time cause they will burn if left on for more than 2 minuets.
