One Touch Platinum

I got inspired by a recipe I saw here on this site and gave this a go. In a word..."Great!" This is a keeper! I will be making this on a regular basis. My in-laws are coming out next week and this will be something nice for breakfast. I used breakfast sausage and eggs, no rub or extra spices and served it with some maple syrup on the side for dipping sauce.







If it needs to be Heated to be Eated, I can do it on my Weber!

I love deviled / hard boiled eggs , so this was a short step, great stuff,eh?

the yolks didn't turn dark around the edges....just a cosmetic thing, but ya nailed it !!!

I think MacEggs has some sure-cure for the yolk thing if it bothers anyone....that's why they call him MacEggs, he knows stuff..... 8)

those look great. prob better than mine since you skipped the maple syrup and rub.
