Hey all.  I received this 18 brownie from @dwking2005 over the winter and restored her.  With yet another winter storm coming through, I thought I should get this grill tried out before I'm ankle deep again. I went over to Superior Meats and picked up a ribeye, beer brats and veggies.  I'm not sure how much charcoal to use, so I'm going with two full baskets, as it's still cold outside.  Any advice would be welcomed.  The potato is baking now, and the real fun will start shortly.  Stay tuned and thanks for looking.

The meat is looking good.  Time to brush the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper.  First time doing this too. We'll see how it goes.

Dude brownies are the tops! Sweet grill, nice looking food!  Is that a Cutco knife?

Thanks @kettlebb and good eye.  I grew up in a Weber and Cutco home.  My Mom was into them before my folks got married.  I have a seven slot block that holds all the blades I need, as well as other goodies.  Pricey, but made in the USA and great quality.  I highly recommend.
