I really messed up

I smoked some thick cut chops on the kettle tonight . Was alllllll good . Then I went to sear them. Walked inside to grab a plate and got side tracked by the kids . Forgot all about it and next thing I know there are flames shooting from the kettle . F*** me . They are " done"
