Occasionally I cook.... stuffed pork loin

Housebound this weekend, and it's sunny out. I'm cooking a stuffed pork loin today on the roti.  I'm gonna spin a chicken tomorrow for chicken salad and dinner this week. 

This is my birth yearish kettle which has been assigned permanent roti duty.

Also, I'm using beer in case this doesnt go well.

Got a new grilling buddy yesterday who is having a hard time adjusting.  She s a golden, 4ish years old.  She has spent all her life until yesterday in a nice pet hotel.  I think she's having a hard time adjusting to the "freedom".  Once she will willingly move from that spot, I will get her on a routine and set up her spot next to me while I'm watching the grill.  #patience

I used some bread based stuffing prepared traditionally and some kale that I steeped real quick in some chicken broth.  It's for dinner whether it's good or not!  ;-)
