Looks delicious! Can you share more details on how you cooked them? I haven't been cooking that long but every time I make chops they're just okay and my wife never looks forward to it haha

Sure thing...I seasoned them several hours before they went on the grill and put them back in the fridge to keep cool.  Then I grilled them over indirect heat for a while before finishing over direct heat for just a couple of minutes.  Just before going over direct heat, I sauced them.  Not sure if I can post links, but I did a video on my YouTube channel.
