Today I smoked some poppers and baby backs on a couple kettles . Pretty simple with the poppers , it’s just Italian sausage with cream cheese , filled then topped with bacon. So damn good !
With the ribs, just threw some of my rub on it and did the 3-2-1 . Sprayed with apple juice Every now and again. At three hours I wrapped with squirt butter , honey, and brown sugar . Then I Did the snake method and it turned out Great, haven’t done ribs in awhile so I was pretty excited it
