Those are eyewatering prices for sure.  220v electricity will help in terms of getting decent wattage and therefore heat from a standard wall socket in Europe though.  We had a 120v electric barbecue at the first house I grew up in and it could barely cook hamburgers.

Works perfect, but design is a little bid unusual design :) The price for the EU market is too high I think.  It is +- 1250,- USD incl. VAT . New 310 Genesis II is +- 1300,- USD :(
The main problem wich I see is not the price, but design  - See pictures on http://blog.grilykrby.cz/elektricka-revoluce-mezi-grily. It´s like an UFO :)
