The WSM had not been fired up in about a month, which was a great excuse to smoke a pork butt.  Nothing fancy. L&S with apple and hickory.  It's been gray and rainy all week and finally we got some sunshine.  Will share some pulled pix later.

I had the same idea. It was nice to be outside after all this rain. I'm smoking 2 on the 26 today. Perfect pre-spring warm up.

Tell me about it... we've had record high temps, butt a shit load of rain. (At least it ain't snow...) Haven't fired up the grills for too long!! From what I can see, looks like you nailed it!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

We got a good result.  Our guests left happy and full

Made some appetizers on the performer.   Tater tots wrapped in bacon with a jalapeño slice.   Also made some prosciutto wrapped asparagus, which doesn't really fit with the meal but sounded good.  Not pictured were some cream cheese Italian sausage stuffed mushroom caps.  I think we had too many appetizers

Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Everything looks great! I gotta try those tater tots—they sound incredible.

A man who has an experience is never at the mercy of a man who has just a theory.

Looks delicious! Those mushroom caps sound amazing. I need to try stuffing mushrooms.
Together we'll fight the long defeat.
