Homemade bbq and some thick cut chops
« on: February 24, 2018, 04:25:42 PM »
Went ahead and tried the BBQ pit boys jalapeño honey BBQ sauce . Very easy to make and it is really good . I recommend it . Little heat . Little sweet. But over all worth it . Grilled up some thick cut pork chops to go along with the BBQ sauce . I seasoned them with Weber garlic and sriracha seasoning . First time using this but it tastes good!!!  VERY windy and wet here in central Illinois but got the SnS going and tosses them on . They don’t look to shabby .

Pork chops looks great! The BBQ Pit Boys Jalapeno Honey BBQ sauce is probably my favorite sauce. Just spicy enough.

Where is Central Illinois are you at? Peoria? Decatur? Springfield?
