Simple smoke on the 22” didn’t get picture happy this time . Here she is right before I wrapped in foil to rest. Looks pretty dam good . It was nice and cold today about a 9 hour smoke .

It was very juicy . I always enjoy doing these . I froze the left overs and gonna try some pulled pork nachos in a few weeks .

You will love the nachos. The pork butt looks great. I need to smoke a couple soon. I usually do two at a time to have plenty to freeze and I’ve been out for awhile now.
