I did it last year. Lost my cool! Flipped the  goddamn pan in the air and lost everything. Lol funny thing was I had a glove on the other hand. I do remember a few drinks where involved.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Fail not completely but the meat was like boot leather, chimchurri sauce was way to pungent, my own skillet surprise was insane and a big hit with the kids and mrs , corn rocked

Live and learn duck tomorrow

Only way to learn is to try it. Glad the skillet dish worked out.

What would you do differently with the meat? I got a roti recently and really want to do Pichana (once I can track down where to get some around here...)

I still think I got the wrong cut , fatty is the key and start direct str8 away , is more a cut and eat as you go kind of thing as apposed to doing it for a full plated meal if that makes sense. If you are cutting eating cutting eating I think would be ok but with kids that don't work and it seemed so straight forward but there is an art . Would do again but when the boys are around and can just pick at it . For ur first dizzy dude do a porchetta i just seen a post on here and it looks Grate . I've done it before and is pretty hard to balls it up
